I believe in the art of architecture; the flow of great design. I believe the best architecture in Los Angeles was constructed in 1926. I believe that every home should have a private movie theater... and at least 3 very large closets ;) I believe in making money, fair pricing, creativity, nominal paperwork, treating people with respect. And I believe in developing real estate that enhances the quality of life for all residents in all neighborhoods by way of beauty and convenience.
